取15g左右的小团揉成丸子,丸子是浅浅的粉色,但油炸之后就大不相同噢!
热锅倒入适量的食用油,加热后转小火,放入丸子煎炸,记得是小火,多翻转一下丸子,只需要炸到表面起酥就可以,不要炸太久,不然丸子会爆开的!

油炸好丸子后,将油倒出,加入水烧开后加入两勺蜂蜜、两勺砂糖!

加入炸好的丸子,我另外做了一份没有加红曲粉的,比例是一样的。不用翻动丸子,煮至差不多收汁就可以出锅了!
