博弈论虽然是现代数学的分支，但在我看来，博弈胜负的关键并不在数学计算，而在于对你对手的分析与判断。俗话说，“知己知彼，百战不殆”，博弈的成功在于对对手准确的判断，因人而异地使用不同的策略以应对。假若你的对手不理性，高端博弈理论与模型的使用反而容易使你陷入劣势。因此，制定策略不应只使用最高阶的理论模型，而是因人而异，因地制宜，选取用于应对特定对手的最佳策略。

1. 分析各个策略，避免选择绝对劣势策略
2. 理性的选项也可能带来不好的结果
3. 在分析整个博弈之前先确定自己的目标
4. 站在对方的角度来想问题

囚徒困境在生活中处处存在，难以达到最好的结果的原因并不仅仅是交流的缺失。
欲解决囚徒困境，可以通过双方制定合同与相关规则，改变奖励，反复重复，或者通过教育（中国特色）。

在没有绝对劣势选项（strictly dominated strategy)时，也有可能有微弱优势选项(weakly dominated strategy),也应当避免

很多游戏可以在一次剔除了劣势选项以后，再在剩下的选项中再次剔除这里的劣势选项，不断地进行，最后身下所谓最理性的选项，但这最理性的选项不一定是最好的选项。所以在做这个之前，应当判断对方的理性程度，再根据这个来选择剔除的次数。
