水韧温度取决于铸钢成分，通常为 1000～1100℃。 过高的水韧温度会导致铸件表面严重脱碳， 而且奥氏体晶粒中和晶界上将析出共晶碳化物。 由于共晶碳化物是不能通过重新热处理来消除的脆性相，应尽量避免产生。
