如果涉及场地规则，有点难搞喔。例如，这样的问题在甲骨文球场似乎不太可能出现，就右外野那点围墙，还那么高，其他都是围栏，类似 “Ball enters the bullpen seating area and rebounds out of the seating area: In Play.”球都飞过围栏进入牛棚了，弹出来还in play?真复杂！
所以，回答楼主的问题，我选择性不涉及场地规则了。

故意扔出去的情況有，而且不只一次：一人出局時記錯出局數，以為兩人出局。外野手接殺打者的高飛球，以為三出局，將球扔出去送給觀眾，壘上跑者推進兩個壘包。
當然內野手也發生過，小飛球接殺或滾地球被封殺在一壘前，之後順手將球丟給觀眾。

想问问，垒上有人，特别是一垒有人，外野手接到球后摔伤了，不能使力气传球，队友又离得有点远，会不会有人选择故意把球扔出去

以及有关IN FLIGHT describes a batted, thrown, or pitched ball which has
not yet touched the ground or some object other than a fielder.
所以，楼主提到的球也可以根据此项规则回到本垒，就不纠结home run在前一项规则中是不是安打了
