炒料:
1.热锅倒入菜籽油150克左右,油热后开小火,把油温稍降一点,依次
倒入葱姜蒜、香料快炒炝锅,注意不要炒糊
2.然后转大火让油温上升,下入豆瓣酱炒匀转中火熬出红油
3.依次倒入肥肠、鸡腿炒一下,加生抽和少量醋调味
4..加入煮肥肠留用的水,没过肥肠,水开后中火煮一下入味
5..关火前加入配菜煮熟,注意不要煮过
