17R4 1080 TOBII眼动仪没有连接问题

i7-6820HK，1080，2K屏幕，120HZ

驱动重装试过了，在TOBBI官网装了最新的2.13驱动，重启继续连接不上，然后又回DELL支持页面下载了2.10.0驱动，卸载重启重装DELL那个眼动仪驱动，重启继续连接不上

什么盒盖大法，关闭打开大法试过无数次了，以前有用，这次没用

我按DELL支持手册上找到了位于大屁股那里的TOBII排线，就挨着显示器排线，拔掉重插，开机，继续无法连接，没辙了

我印象当中昨天还是前天我还用过一次开机windows hello人脸识别，那会TOBBI应该是工作正常的，这突然就大姨妈了

虽然外接显示器以后基本上用不到这个眼动仪，但是出了问题还是想把他搞好，help！

我尝试修理这毛病到现在，没有外接显示器，接了外接显示器的话我记得会显示“不兼容的屏幕”

翻X墙在谷歌找到了解决办法，目前问题已解决

1. Uninstall all Integrated Webcam devices (there were two in my device manager for some reason), all Tobii software
2. Delete all Tobii registries then remove any facial setup recognition in Windows Hello
3. Reboot and install latest Tobii Aware
4. Turn off the switch in the Tobii tray menu (important i think)
5. Check device manager again and uninstall any Integrated Webcam devices that resurfaced. 6. Download Realtek IR driver from Dell and install
7. Reboot when prompted and setup Windows Hello 8. Then turn on the switch in Tobii tray menu!
Everything worked again afterwards :)
