USCIS Guangzhou Field Office to Move The USCIS Guangzhou, China field office is moving to the new U.S. Consulate General facility in the Zhujiang New Town area of Guangzhou. The last day that USCIS services will be provided at our Tian Yu Garden facility will be July 12. Beginning July 29, all USCIS services will be provided at our new location: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
