darkness falls, and winter draws nigh
the veil in shade, and tears in the sky
in darkness i seek a light undies
when nightfall i dreamed of thy days in bliss
in sunlight and in the summer breeze
while now in a freezing wind the fallen leaves flew
and the fallen tears've wetted the empty tomb
lo! beyond the mist a light there shines
